Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OKed ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OKed is a human-in-the-loop authorization platform that enables users to approve or deny actions performed by AI agents. The Service includes the API, web dashboard, mobile application, and all related integrations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent the approval flow
• Share API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

5. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for excessive or abusive usage. Service-level agreements, if applicable, are governed by separate agreements.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Approval request data is stored for audit purposes and retained according to our data retention policies.

7. Availability and Reliability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. OKed follows a fail-safe model: if the Service is unreachable, pending actions are denied by default to protect you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKed and its operators shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever — including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including damages resulting from approval decisions, denied actions, service outages, or the fail-safe denial behavior. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
